Payment for your order will be taken once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. However, as soon as you place the order, your payment provider will reserve the funds ready for us to take. You may notice the amount on your bank statement with a 'Pending' or 'Reserved' status. This will change once we have confirmed all the items have been sent and only then the funds will be taken.
